Workfall is a Singapore talent-tech company connecting businesses with rigorously vetted remote software developers. Thrymr built the marketplace end to end — a Toptal-style platform where curated engineers are available for on-demand hire.
The challenge
Cross-border tech hiring breaks on process: interviews, contracts, payments, and trust all happen off-platform, in different tools, under different jurisdictions. Workfall wanted the entire journey online — any engineer, anywhere, working for any company, anywhere.
