Founder-led, engineer-first
Thrymr is led by its founder, Rishi Khare — an IIT Kanpur engineer who started the company as a two-person team in 2013 and still works close to the product. Before Thrymr, he led delivery organisations of 100+ engineers; in 2023 he graduated from the Stanford Seed transformation programme.
That founder-led shape is deliberate, not incidental to how the company happens to be run today.
