Supply-chain visibility and shipment tracking suite

Inspirage, a Platinum-level Oracle partner and leading provider of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) cloud solutions for supply-chain companies in the USA, partnered with Thrymr for over nine years. The company has since become part of Accenture.

The challenge

Supply-chain companies using OTM needed real-time visibility into shipments — route tracking, arrival estimates, and proof of delivery — connected cleanly to their ERP.

What we did

• Control-tower web application built from scratch as the central hub for tracking all shipments, with ETA and planned-time-of-arrival calculation
• Driver and fleet-inspector mobile apps (Android and iOS) covering dispatch to delivery, with real-time updates and proof-of-delivery capture
• Smart routing algorithms pushing optimal routes and point-to-point delivery instructions to drivers
• Route optimisation and weather-alert capability, cutting fuel consumption and anticipating delivery disruption
• Seamless integration with Oracle ERP for accurate tracking, reporting, and data synchronisation

The outcome

Nine years of consistent delivery across the suite. Inspirage’s merger into Accenture validated the strength of the offering the partnership helped build.
